Throughout the course of his career, John has witnessed firsthand the frustrations vehicle owners endure from unexpected repairs. These encounters inspired him to launch Freedom Warranty of America. John Skelton is committed to providing superior products and services. John has a very successful custom motorcycle design shop that specializes in Harley Davidson makeovers for the most discriminating clientele. He has never had to advertise for his services and today he is in such demand that he can only accept orders from previous clients and their personal referrals. John Skelton’s attention to detail and perfectionist nature have been the keys to his success. He expects the same type of character traits amongst the entire Freedom Warranty Staff. This adopted company culture is a blueprint for Freedom Warranty of America’s success. John Skelton has always been a fiscally responsible individual and oversees the financial obligations of the company.
Christopher D. Miller
Christopher Miller has over 10 years of experience in the industry. He is directly involved with the development of the proprietary software, logo and brochure designs, trademarking and copyrighting, origination of Freedom Warranty VSCs, record keeping, and IT. Christopher Miller and his team of website developers and computer programmers are revolutionizing the way point of sale and administrative systems have been used within the Warranty Industry over the last 20 years. Throughout his years of experience in the industry, he has had the opportunity to view many operating systems. He has found all of them to be confusing, antiquated, and non-user friendly. Freedom Warranty’s software combines the setup of new clients, the creation of new customer quotes, the issuance of policies, automatic billing, payment processing, and filing claims into one user friendly program. In addition, all of the aforementioned can be accomplished from a desktop, lab top, or tablet. To Christopher Miller’s knowledge, no such program in the industry exists. This satisfies a crucial missing feature as sales representatives are in the field establishing new clients or servicing existing clients. Christopher Miller and Freedom Warranty shared the passion to create a program that put all the components of the warranty business at the user’s fingertips and to allow the user to navigate through the program with ease. Freedom Warranty, Christopher Miller, and his team have accomplished this goal.
Dealer Services Manager
Tarah Robertson is Freedom Warranty of America’s office manager. Tarah’s main responsibility is Dealer Support. Freedom Warranty of America and Tarah Robertson recognize the importance of Backend Support for their Clients. Tarah addresses and answers the Clients’ needs and questions, provides training assistance, and promotes sales through marketing suggestions and solutions. Tarah is friendly, trustworthy, organized, and meticulous. These qualities enable Tarah to maintain client relationships with the highest standard of excellence. Through her efficiency, courteousness, and professionalism, Clients can rest assured that they will receive the most personalized customer service in the industry.
Agent Support Manager
Freedom Warranty counts on Katie to monitor, maintain, and distribute marketing materials amongst our Agents and Clients. Katie Oliver also answers and solves customer questions and concerns. Our Agents rely on strong backend support in order to provide the best customer service experience for their Clients. Katie Oliver fills that position. Katie is courteous, personable, and organized. She knows that customer service is our number one priority. Her outgoing personality puts customers and agents at ease. Katie has an extensive background in office management and excels in customer relations.

Jeremy Jones is the driving force behind our Sales Team. He holds weekly meetings with all the Sales Agents to gather thoughts and feedback from Agents and Dealers alike. Freedom Warranty takes this information and uses it to improve the daily operations of the company. Jeremy Jones is a man of integrity. He represents the fundamental values Freedom Warranty was built upon. Lead Claims Analyst
John Thomas heads up Freedom Warranty’s Claims Department. Freedom Warranty prides itself on the efficiency and the human element involved when underwriting a claim. Freedom Warranty strives to make the claims process as seamless as possible. Customer Service is the Claims Department number one goal. John Thomas fits this role perfectly. He has over 20 years of experience as a service advisor. His career has afforded him the opportunity to obtain a vast amount of knowledge concerning vehicles of all makes and models. As a service advisor, John has had countless conversations with multiple warranty companies. He has made it his personal mission to correct the problems he encountered when attempting to process a claim. Together, Freedom Warranty and John Thomas aim to change the claims process into a pleasant, productive, and problem solving experience for both the customer and the repair facility.
